This paper uses TRNSYS software to establish a simulation model of a photovoltaic/thermal combined dual-source heat pump (PV/T-DSHP) system. A nearly zero energy residential building in the hot summer and cold winter zone is selected as the research object, and the operating characteristics and energy consumption of the PV/T-DSHP system under COPsswitching mode during the heating season are simulated. The results show that the average photoelectric efficiency is 15.08%, and the average photothermal efficiency is 33.05%. The average COP of the heat pump unit is 4.55 in the water-source heat pump operating mode, and 3.19 in the air-source heat pump operating mode during the heating season. The average COPsof the PV/T-DSHP system is 2.98. The system self-satisfaction rate during the heating season is 61%.
